RoleSift uses Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, and billing records. This page explains how to request cancellation or refund support without sending sensitive payment details.
Cancellation and refunds
If a billing portal is available in your account, use Settings to manage your plan. If you cannot access the portal, contact support with your RoleSift account email and request cancellation help.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your RoleSift account email, approximate charge date, and the reason for the request. Do not send card numbers.
Paid access is based on trusted server-side subscription state from Stripe and RoleSift account records, not frontend labels or screenshots.

Payment data safety
Don't send card numbers.
Stripe handles card details. RoleSift support does not need full card numbers, bank details, passwords, or national ID numbers to investigate subscription questions.
