Cancellation
Production users should be able to cancel a paid subscription from account billing or support. Stripe should remain the source of billing records.
Billing policy
Subscription access is handled through Stripe.
RoleSift uses Stripe for subscription checkout and billing records. This private MVP policy should be reviewed before broader public billing is enabled.
Refunds
Refund requests should go through the contact/support route until a self-serve billing portal and reviewed refund rules are available.
Plan access
Access should be based on trusted server-side subscription state, not frontend plan labels.

Use the contact/support page for account, billing, and extension support during private MVP testing.
