RoleSift provides job-fit decision support for students, graduates, and early-career job seekers. These terms explain the current service boundaries and the limits of RoleSift guidance.
Service boundaries
RoleSift offers decision support, not guarantees. The following describes what RoleSift will and won't do for your account.
RoleSift can help flag risks and fit signals, but users remain responsible for application and career decisions.
You must be at least 18 to create or use a RoleSift account. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use authenticated features.
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell RoleSift promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You keep ownership of job text, CV/profile facts, preferences, notes, and feedback you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and give RoleSift permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service under these Terms and the Privacy Notice. Do not submit unlawful content, secrets, special-category information, or third-party confidential material that is not needed for job-fit scanning.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Review job adverts and RoleSift results independently before acting. RoleSift does not make legally significant decisions about you and is not an employer, recruiter, careers adviser, lawyer, immigration adviser, or financial adviser.
Some features may be limited to invited users, supported browsers, or available subscription plans. Access can change if eligibility, account status, or payment status changes.
RoleSift does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, employer quality, or fraud detection.
Subscription checkout and billing are handled through Stripe. Paid access depends on trusted server-side subscription records.
Use the Contact/Support page for account, billing, extension, privacy, or security questions. Do not send passwords, card numbers, national ID numbers, or unnecessary CV details.
The Privacy Notice explains how RoleSift processes personal information and how to exercise data rights. You may delete data or your account using Settings. RoleSift may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms.
