Credits are the unit RoleSift uses for scan depth. The same job can be checked lightly or deeply. Each plan comes with a weekly credit allowance that resets every week — unused credits don't carry over. See scan depths for the breakdown.

RoleSift is decision support, not a hiring guarantee. The verdict reflects what's visible in the listing and your profile — it can't predict recruiter decisions, interviews, or offers. Use it to deprioritise weak fits and focus your tailoring time on roles worth the effort.

Yes. The Free plan gives you 4 Quick Check scans so you can see whether RoleSift changes how you shortlist before paying. No card required to start.

You can cancel any time from your account Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access for the rest of the current billing period. See Cancellation & Refund for full details.

RoleSift creates a structured profile based on your uploaded CV. After creating the profile, the CV itself is deleted — RoleSift doesn't store any of your raw personal data. You can create a new structured profile with an updated CV anytime.

Your profile is stored against your account so RoleSift can run profile-aware scans. We don't sell data and we don't share it with recruiters. You can export or delete your account data from Settings. See the Privacy Policy and Trust & Security pages for more.

No. You control when and where your applications are submitted. RoleSift never sends your CV or profile to recruiters on your behalf.

Yes. You can request account deletion and removal of stored data at any time from Settings, or by contacting support.
