Use this route for account, payment, security, and extension support during private MVP testing. Do not include passwords, card numbers, API keys, or national ID numbers in support messages.
Open Extension Options, confirm the backend URL, then log in on the RoleSift site and reload the extension.
Stripe handles checkout and card details. For billing questions, include your RoleSift account email but never card numbers.
Report suspicious behavior, unexpected redirects, or extension permission concerns without including secrets.
